Returns Policy

Returns
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the date you received your order to make arrangements for your return or exchange. If you do not think you can get the item back to us within the 30 days then please at least contact us within the 30 day period so we can honor your return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return please send a copy of your invoice or receipt, highlighting the items you wish to return and a reason for the return to:

Please package items in their original packaging and make sure they are packaged well for shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest using USPS 1st Class Mail, with the item in the original jewelry box it came in, packaged in a padded bubble mailer envelope available at the post office for around $1. Also, we suggest you pad the jewelry box that the item is in so that it does not move around or get damaged during shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so it is best for you if you use some kind of tracking # (or insurance if it is a higher dollar item) for the shipment. This way if the package gets lost you will have some kind of proof of delivery. USPS 1st Class and Priority Mail includes a tracking #.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive the item or items that you send back for return we will inspect the items, approve the return and issue the refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Exchanges will be charged $3 shipping fee to send the replacement item to you.

If you are doing an exchange of items of the same cost, please either include a check payable to Flipside Jewelry for the $3 shipping fee or we can contact you by phone to make arrangements for the payment when we process the exchange.

If the item you are sending back is more than $3 higher cost than the item you want in exchange we will deduct the $3 shipping fee from your refund and issue a refund for the difference.

If your exchange does not cover the cost of the item you want plus the $3 shipping charge you can either include a check payable to Flipside Jewelry for the difference, or we can contact you to arrange payment of the difference once we process the exchange.

Once we receive the item or items that you send back for exchange we will review and process the exchange. We will notify you via email or phone when your exchange has been processed and shipped, or if there is any reason for payment due or refund.

Gifts & Refunds
If you are returning an item for refund and the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver for your return.

Alternately you can request a gift credit for your return and we will issue a gift card or gift code to you for the price paid for the gift.
